Shipping Protocols

Almost everything I sell on my website is packaged and shipped by me! A few items (some shirts and apparel) are print on demand through a 3rd party.

I personally send out shipments 1-2 times a week depending on the number of orders. I ship orders on Mondays, and occasionally later in the week.

Because of the reasons above I cannot guarantee any shipments arriving by a certain day. If you are ordering on a deadline, please keep this in mind.

Returns

cannot accept any returns or exchanges for any apparel. These items are made to order, and once an order is placed I can not cancel the creation of the product. All sales for apparel are final.

I do not accept returns or refunds for stickers, or art prints.

I do not accept returns or refunds on original art. Unless there is damage in the shipping process that is obviously from poor packaging on my end. If there is damage to a piece from shipping, the buyer has the option to contact me to ship the piece back to see if repair is an option, or to return it and receive a refund. Refunds are only available for damaged pieces that were obviously damaged in shipping. Cost of return shipping is a case by case basis.
